This first grade teacher passes out tickets to individuals. She has a poster with individual envelopes of student names. Whenever a student gets a ticket they put the ticket in their envelope. This poster is hanging in front of the classroom on the whiteboard. The students work very hard for their five tickets and then they get the SUPER PRIVILEGES! The sun glare makes it hard to read. This is a fourth grade teacher that uses a Voice Level Chart. She will give reminders using numbers instead of asking students to keep their voices down throughout the day. She will show her students by her fingers instead of talking. What an excellent idea to help students understand what their voices should be like during various activities. Here is a chart to download for Voice Level or for colored. You will need to cut and paste onto a poster board. There are seven pages total.
